1 Order Details Confirmed
When you submit a
Product Photography Order -
we may contact you to confirm your order, gather additional information, take special instructions related to the shipping of your item, or more. While the majority of products we photograph are less than 72 inches in any dimension, we try our best to accommodate products of all sizes.
2 UPS Costs Calculated
Using your address, and information about your product, we will be able to provide you with a shipping costs estimate. We only use our official ProductFX UPS account for shipping. Therefore, all of our shipping charges are calculated using official UPS service costs only.
3 Pay Your Invoice
After your order and your shipping costs have been approved and your shipping plan is finalized, we will email your order invoice. The invoice total will be your order total, including your estimated shipping cost for shipping your product from your location, to our nearest product photo studio, and back (if desired).
4 Print Your Shipping Label
Once your invoice is paid in full, we will email you your product package shipping label to be used for your shipment. You will print this label and attach it to your package for UPS scheduled pick-up at your location, or - you can bring your product and printed shipping label to any UPS Store for assistance getting your product properly packaged and shipped.
